Operated within our Material Recovery Facility located in Framingham, MA
Your solid waste material sample(s) will be analyzed by our team of engineers and technicians with decades of solid waste, recycling and sustainability programs experience. Learn more about our capabilities below:
Compression tests determine the pounds per square inch rating for concrete samples containing various percentages of recyclable material.
Density tests are performed to determine the weight to volume ratio of a material to determine its suitability for various end-uses.
Sieve analyses are used to segregate the various particle sizes and to determine each particle sizes' prevalence compared to the overall sample.
We have collected hundreds of solid waste material samples over the years. These samples are used for reference when we analyze new materials, i.e. is your material similar to one that we have already studied and/or recycled?
We maintain a library of test results which help us determine the optimal amount of a particular waste that can be integrated into a final recycled-content product without losing the product's minimum performance criteria.
Our lab is co-located with our full-function Material Recovery Facility which operates all types of size reduction equipment, including Balers, Densifiers, Granulators, Shredders, etc... No matter the size or type of solid waste material we can process it!
Our customers are always welcome to visit to see first hand how we analyze, size reduce and recycle unique and difficult materials!
